Strong Roots Health Center PLLC Team

I started Strong Roots Health Center as a response to a calling...to find and address health concerns at the root.

I love connecting with patients and working with them to put together the puzzle pieces of their health. I have a special interest in mental health and changing the stigma associated with mental health concerns.

I am originally from Floyds Knobs, Indiana. I've been working in healthcare since 2004 when I began as a nursing assistant. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Indiana University Southeast, and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Indiana State University. I am nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP. In recent years, I have completed a functional medicine training program through The Kresser Institute, and I am now pursuing training in naturopathy and homeopathy.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two amazing little boys and my family. I love all opportunities to explore my creative side.  I also love many genres of music, but especially the oldies and classic rock. I own a 1958 Chevy Biscayne that I built with my dad when I was a teenager, and I love to check out the old car shows whenever I can. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you as well!
